Looking for Business Analyst who has relevant experience. Playing a consultative role to put in
place the appropriate people, process, and tools, to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualification
Bachelors in any quantitative fields preferred (Business, Econ, etc.).
Job Description

Provide ongoing insights on conversion funnel and attach.

Conduct and present ad-hoc analyses/models to inform roadmap decisions and investments.

Partner with product, technical development and other analytics teams to ensure we have visibility into all new initiatives and their impact acrossmultiple businesses.

Build interactive dashboards using data pipelines and visualization tools to monitor KPIs.

Leverage data to provide insights into user behavior and an extra layer of analysis on top of AB tests.

Partner with product and engineering to resolve pressing issues.

Create compelling presentations/analysis summaries to provide actionable recommendations with key insights.Facilitate daily stand-ups and supporting the team in following the Scrum delivery process

Handle traditional project management duties including scope definition, staffing, communication of status to clients and partners, budget oversight and risk/issue management.

Author user stories, acceptance criteria and execute a portion of the testing on projects.

Serve the team and product owner in turning requirements into the working software.

Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.

Collaborate with the team in scheduling work, including defect remediation and refactoring, guarding against the accumulation of technical debt.

Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.

Experience

Fresh graduates are eligible to apply. 1+ years of demonstrated success in Business analytics and/or data science in a B2C business is a plus.

Analytical toolset including understanding of statistics (time series analysis, cluster analysis, multivariate analysis).

Self-motivated, independent, organized and proactive, highly responsive, flexible and adaptable when working across multiple teams.

Passionate about producing high-quality analysis deliverables and communicating recommendations effectively to a broad audience.
